Embraer strikes "golden year"

Embraer, which is Latin America's largest company in aeronautical field and has a global presence, will always remember the year 2004 as a golden year in its history. Embraer experienced many successful events such as the delivery of 148 aircrafts, expansion of its civil and military business, made its presence felt in the United States and European markets and completed its new test and assembly installation center.

To new levels: EADs surpasses 2003 profit target

Article Abstract:

The strong growth in its defence business and better than expected performance at Airbus EADs has boosted its EBIT forecast in 2003. EADs continued its dynamic growth in the international defence business where the biggest successes were achieved at Airbus with net orders of 254 aircrafts, including 34 A380, and with major defence contracts and missile contract received by a consortium led by MBDA.
