Getting smarter

Article Abstract:

Military and diplomatic fronts recognize the vital role of smart tactical missiles, which achieve pinpoint accuracy, in today's global war on terrorism that often extends the fight into urban arenas. The immediate need is seen to be the extension of legacy based capabilities while the future effort is to concentrate on making smart tactical missiles an integral part of the network-centric force and as "joint" as possible.
