Millennials merging: Leading a new generation in war

Article Abstract:

The first generation t o reach adulthood in the new millennium, that is, Americans born between 1981 and 2002, called the Millennials can be linked to positive military virtues and are better suited for methodical battle. Mentoring these Millennials is very important for their exposure to sheltered affluence and communication technology have exposed them to practical experience, being accustomed to structure, direction, explanations, protection and engagement.

Enhanced target acquisition platoon concept

Article Abstract:

The Enhanced Target Acquisition Platoon (ETAP) concept will consolidate proven target acquisition assets, and generate a complete, effect-based, proactive, and reactive counterfire capability. Information combined with the most sophisticated state-of-the-art technology is not enough to accomplish the mission, as it must be driven by informed, experienced decisionmakers.

The role of the MAGTF G-1

Article Abstract:

The Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF) staff Training Program (MSTP) is ready to reestablish the role of the G-1 (personnel) in the MAGTF operations. Some of the responsibilities of MAGTF G-1 include personnel strength management, personnel replacement management, discipline, law and order, operation plan and operation order.
