Missile defense agency: Countdown to historic deployment

Article Abstract:

Pentagon with its turbulent past will oversee a multi-million dollar program when up to six missile interceptors will be delivered to a remote Alaskan outpost. Brig. Gen. Craig Campbell is of the opinion that the world will closely watch the interceptor missiles getting readied for deployment in Alaska to 'protect the free world'.

Coast guard's deepwater

Article Abstract:

The Coast Guard's Integrated Deepwater System, aimed at replacement and modernization of its infrastructure is discussed. The way to deal with the constant terrorist threats is to develop an ultramodern communications system, which is considered to be the main focus of the Deepwater plan.
