Royal Australian Navy international relations

Article Abstract:

The Royal Australian Navy (RAN) aims to maintain dialogue and close cooperation with its allies, neighbors and regional partners in accordance with the Defence White Paper and Department of Defence documents. The RAN has strong alliance and interaction with the United States Navy, the Asia Pacific region, the Royal New Zealand Navy and the South East Asia.

The Royal Australian Navy's (RAN) International engagement agrees with the guidance given in the Defense White Paper and other Department of Defense Documents defining international engagement. The RAN aims to maintain dialogue and close cooperation with its allies, neighbors and regional partners.

U.S. navy MCM programmes: Part 1

Article Abstract:

Saddam Hussian was threatened by the presence of the naval mines of the Iraq waters, in March-May 2003 by the U.S and British land forces. Dr.Scott C. Truver, Group Vice-President states that Mine Countermeasure (MCM) programmes are regular contributor to the naval forces.
