Soldiers' quality of life strengthens mission readiness

Article Abstract:

The Army has worked hard to build quality housing for their soldiers, to streamline installation management, to improve installation services and to provide soldiers with the professional training necessary to engage the enemy with deadly accuracy and to come home safely.
