Sunlight industrial complex: The establishment in the global market of submarine batteries

Article Abstract:

Sunlight industrial Complex, one of the largest worldwide producers of Integrated Energy Systems and Special Specifications Batteries in Greece maintains six state-of-the art production lines emphasizing in the Defense sector activities by manufacturing submarine and torpedo batteries. Further, this company has signed a long-term contract with Global Hitech, a Korean company, as it is only complex to have designed, developed, and qualified the state of the art battery for 214-class submarine.

Zorya-mashproekt-50 years at sea

Article Abstract:

GTR and PC 'Zorya-Mashproekt' from Nikolacv, Ukraine is the only real supplier of marine gas turbines in the CIS and celebrates its 50 years Anniversary of the company foundation. 'Zarya Mashproekt' facilities are tested and certified for ISO 9001-2001 quality control by the Ukrainian Government Authority.

Smooth operators: The history of marine gas turbines

Article Abstract:

The aircraft derived gas turbine is a key force in naval propulsion, however, fuel efficiency limitations prevented its total dominance. Improvements in specific fuel consumption from gas turbines would enable simpler power plants to meet a wider range of demands.
