Transforming transformation: War against terrorism shifts Pentagon's procurement priorities

Article Abstract:

The Operation Iraq Freedom has forced Pentagon to pay more attention to mundane but critical equipment for troops on the ground. The Pentagon has involved in procuring the unmanned aerial and ground vehicles, and other improved artillery systems for its ground forces to face the various problems such as insurgency in Iraq.
