Precision-strike limitations lead air forces to network priorities

Article Abstract:

The US air forces should start focusing on building network-enabled capabilities, on being able to rapidly process and disseminate tactical information, and on becoming fully tuned to expeditionary operations, instead of improving the capabilities of precision-strike weapons. Air power continues to be vital and critical to future military operations and hence network enabled capability allows the generation of overwhelming pace, as it helps in integrating air power and land operations.
