US defense spending and more modernization

Article Abstract:

The US Secretary of Defense appointed six teams to guide America's armed forces to face the threats by terrorism and other problems like cyber warfare invasions, regional insurgencies employing rural and urban guerrilla tactics. It is expected that the teams' guidance would be suitable for wartime military operations and an outline for future readiness and war.
