USAF Almanac 1999

Article Abstract:

Presents 1999 statistical material and information regarding the US Air Force (USAF). Data include a listing of the air service's organization, activities, funding, bases, people, equipment and heroes. The 1999 almanac, which aims to present a picture of the nation's air force in facts and figures, was compiled by 'Air Force' magazine with the aid of the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Public Affairs and the US Air Staff agencies.
