Would you like fries with that cappucino?

Article Abstract:

McDonald's will open its first McCafe gourment coffee shops in the US, after testing the concept for several years in Australia. The McCafes operate as separate units inside 50 Australian McDonald's stores. The payback could be big for McDonald's, which has 13,500 locations in the US. The fastfood giant could become another giant in the gourmet coffee industry even if only a quarter of its total stores would offer gourmet coffee.
