The battle for Ontario's schools: teachers pledge to continue their fight against the Tories

Article Abstract:

Many Ontario teachers vowed to continue their opposition to the Education Quality Improvement Act as they ended their walkout and returned to work. Critics maintain the bill is an attempt to give the provincial government control of schools, cut costs and lay off teachers.
