Three questions CEOs should ask about information technology

Article Abstract:

Business experts agree that information technology (IT) is a key factor which determines the extent of a company's success. However, chief executive officers must ensure that IT investments yield considerable benefit in terms of success in the marketplace. They must also make it a point that IT services are rendered at a low cost but with a high level of quality. Further, CEOs must employ proper and highly accurate information necessary for the achievement of effective and credible performance valuations.
