German Frankfurt-based Chemetall GmbH has taken over Swedish Dinol AB of Hassleholm. Dinol is a subsidiary of Zurich-based EMS-Chemie and involved in corrosion protection products for the interior structure of aircraft. Chemetall will integrate the Dinol activities in its Aerospace Technologies Division.
