A systematic review of the literature on female sexual dysfunction prevalence and predictors

Article Abstract:

A systematic review on the prevalence of female sexual dysfunction overall, and more specifically, on sexual desire disorder, arousal difficulties, anorgasmia, and dyspareunia is conducted. A quality assessment defining quality based on the representativeness of the population and the rigor instruments used for assessing sexual dysfunction are performed.

Pedophilia and sexual offenses against children

Article Abstract:

The definition and assessment of pedophilia is reviewed, and the relationship between pedophilia and sexual offenses against children is described. It is suggested that neurodevelopment problems and childhood sexual abuse play a role in the etiology of pedophilia.
