Mounting tension

Article Abstract:

The Hispanic community in the US is facing a variety of socio-economic problems brought about by overpopulation. Their increasing numbers has already put a strain on scarce resources which they all seek to avail of. Hispanic teenagers will most likely feel the crunch since they are the most ill-prepared to meet the challenges of society. New education approaches are needed to channel this youth resource into viable productive activities.
