Disseminating a sun safety program to zoological parks: The effects of tailoring

Article Abstract:

The effects of tailored dissemination materials plus two brief follow-up phone calls versus generic materials on implementation by other zoos of the previously evaluated sun safety program are compared. It is found that tailoring has no incremental long-term impact and that the generic materials produce a good level of dissemination.

Interpersonal and print nutrition communication for a Spanish-dominant Latino Population: Secretos de la Buena Vida

Article Abstract:

The study presented examines two innovative lifestyle behavior change approaches to reduce dietary fat and to increase fiber. Measurement efforts represented dietary change, communication processes, and psychosocial predictors and mediators of behavior change, as well as broader sociocultural factors, such as acculturation.
