Rents are comparatively cheap in the region and London is only about 40 minutes away.

EDL has released about 40 acres to date, raising working capital, and the remaining 610 acres will be rented or sold during the next 15 years. Wilson travels extensively to seek investors and believes that Far Eastern markets will continue to trade with Europe, in spite of currency pressures.
