An alternative method of providing guarantees in real estate financings

Offering an umbrella entity to hold much of a developer's real estate assets so that guarantees in real estate financings are provided is discussed. A limited liability company could be the most likely umbrella organization formed to hold "property basket" assets. Setting up the property basket and its advantages are discussed.
