The Parisa Group was set up Chief Executive Nader Haghighi after he led the buyout of Wine Cellar off-licences, for 56 million pounds sterling, from Greenalls. The Parisa cafe-bars are a combination of wine bar and micro-brewery, The Parisa acquisitions manager works with local property agents to find suitable properties for their cafe-bars. Each outlet needs around 1,600-1,800 sq ft of sales space. The company is looking to open an additional 20 outlets. Haghighi points out buying property in the UK is a difficult process. The firm's latest bar has been opened in Leeds, England.
