Maintaining a state of good health

Article Abstract:

There are healthy levels of take up of office space in the City, particularly of Grade A space. Head of DTZ Debenham Thrope's Central London office agency, John Forrester, feels that there is much enthusiasm for towers with larger floorplates. There are also more sites within the City to choose from, with sites in the City core and on the fringes, coming to the fore. Mark Bourne, director of city agency at Chesterton, claims that releasing and creating sites for larger occupiers will be the key to future preletting activity.
