Ohio: the miracle grow economy

Article Abstract:

Governor George V. Voinovich was instrumental in the transformation of Ohio as one of the emerging economic powers in the country. Voinovich did not only advocate the addition of new facilities and business expansion in the state, but also renewed the sense of entrepreneurship among firms. Through the help of his business development model, private enterprises were able to form their own self-funding incentive mechanisms and eventually enhance their relation with the local and central government.
