Secrets of the people poachers

Article Abstract:

It has become increasingly common for UK property companies to use headhunters to find employees as the employment market in the industry becomes more competitive. Some observers regard headhunting as rather unethical, but most people who are approached by headhunters are flattered. However, this does not necessarily mean that they are looking for alternative employment. Some companies are deterred from using headhunters because of the possible danger to their reputation from unprofessional conduct, while others are unwilling to pay the high prices charged by headhunters.

It is now considering expanding into continental Europe.
