Corporate real estate executives (CREs) are modifying their roles to include more responsibilities in line with real estate service providers who are also expanding their services and changing their corresponding compensation. Since CREs' roles have shifted from lower value, tactical responsibilities to proactive team leaders and managers of services partners driven processes, there is a growing need to outsource functions formerly handled in-house. As a result, corporate real estate service providers are expanding to meed the changing demands of their corporate clients.
