Can he take the heat?

Article Abstract:

Emap Metro MD Barry McIlheney is optimistic about the prospects for Heat, the company's new weekly entertainment magazine for those in their 20s and 30s. He admits that business conditions have become more difficult, but emphasizes that Emap Metro has been less severely affected than most other companies. He believes that one of the reasons why Emap's magazines have been successful is that they have a self-deprecating tone. He is to move to Paris, France, once Heat has become established, and plans more acquisitions and more launches of entertainment and male titles.

He has married three times, and always told his third wife about his infidelities, though denies he has felt guilty in line with his Catholic past.
