He couldn't shout: 'Diana was in on this.' 'She trusted me. It would have been a betrayal.' (journalist Andrew Morton)

Article Abstract:

Journalist Andrew Morton believes that he was fully justified in using tapes of conversations with Diana, Princess of Wales, in the revised version of his biography, 'Diana, Her True Story.' He did not use the tapes, recorded by a mutual friend, for the original biography, and was not intending to reveal their existence until after his death. He believes that he remained true to himself throughout his association with her, and resents the fact that his biography was widely criticized when it was first released.

Ginger spice

Article Abstract:

People are more important than ideas, according to right-wing polemicist, columnist and historian Paul Johnson. For this reason, he does not regard himself as an intellectual. He places very strong emphasis on his Catholic faith, believing that without absolute faith he would not know why he is here. He believes that he has been a good father to his four children, and emphasizes that he was among the first fathers to really interact with his children.
