Josephy Brady

Actor Joseph Brady was born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1928. He spent five years in the Merchant Navy before studying at the College of Dramatic Art in Glasgow. He appeared at the Citizen's Theatre before joining a tour of the play 'The Long and the Short and the Tall.'

Sir Harry Secombe

Actor, comedian and singer Harry Secombe was born in Swansea, Wales, in 1921. He served in the Royal Artillery during the second world war, and then performed an act at the Windmill Theatre. He subsequently became comedian on the BBC's show 'Variety Bandbox.'
