Let's play at being doctors

Article Abstract:

The Georgetown Memorial Hospital in Washington DC has the reputation of being one of the best in the US. However, experiences of medical treatment there can give the opposite impression. Many of the doctors are extremely young, and appear to have little real experience of dealing with patients. Some patients are not kept fully informed about their condition, or are misled about what is wrong with them. The nurses are extremely good, but are overworked and have little time to establish a proper relationship with their patients.

You can play sitting down

Article Abstract:

Many women who suffer from multiple sclerosis are unwilling to tell their children what is wrong with them. However, those who do so often find that their children become more caring and considerate, gaining a strong insight into disability. Almost all mothers feel that the joys of having children are much greater than the problems which being a mother with multiple sclerosis can bring. However, many women with multiple sclerosis are very unwilling to have children, as they aware that doing so can prompt a serious relapse.
