Lord Lucan, I presume?

Article Abstract:

George Bingham, son of suspected murderer Lord Lucan, who disappeared in 1974, has encountered significant difficulties as he has sought to have his father declared dead and take on his father's title. His father's story continues to attract considerable interest, and has also become the subject of controversy as a result of a charge of actual bodily harm brought by former girlfriend Imogen Brewer. For many years he was not interested in claiming his title, but now seems to have become obsessed with it.
