Oracle skills in the real world

Article Abstract:

Oracle programmers, analysts and administrators are being increasingly required to demonstrate a wider range of skills as the company shifts from being a database provider to being a solution provider. Now, all those involved with an Oracle site must be able to understand the customer's business aims and processes, as well as the customer's competition. There is already very strong demand for people with Oracle skills, and this problem is set to worsen as recruiters seek people with Oracle skills who also have business experience.

Max Barrett

Article Abstract:

Sculptor Max Barrett did not begin to carve seriously until he was in his 30s. He paid no attention at all to the conventional artistic community, and representatives of this community found it hard to come to terms with his considerable talent. He was an extremely spiritual man, and chose to live very simply in the countryside. He regarded nature as his inspiration, and saw himself as a means of expression for nature.
