The man from Liberty, he say Yes!

Article Abstract:

The truly successful buyer for a large store must have an ability to choose product. Business sense is important, but not as important as being able to sense intuitively which products will appeal to customers. Buyers are responsible for developing new ranges and sourcing products, and must be able to communicate to shop floor staff what exactly the products are and where they came from. It is vital to spot new products, but care must be taken not to over-analyse customers.

Companies such as Abraham & Thakore and Shades of India are promoting the work of India's most talented craftsmen and women, and are also drawing attention to India's natural resources, such as cotton.

Going potty all over the country

Article Abstract:

Pottery and craft cafes, where customers can receive guidance from experts on decorating pottery, are becoming increasingly popular in the UK. They offer a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and fulfill the desire of many people to produce craft items of their own. These cafes are particularly common in London, England, where they are loosely based on the American pottery cafe concept but have their own distinct character.
