Why I want to go to Orlando in 12 witty words, plus a catfood wrapper

Article Abstract:

There is no way to guarantee that you will win a competition which offers the winner a free holiday, as winning is purely a matter of luck. The only way to increase your chances of winning is to enter as many competitions of this kind as possible. It is worth looking out for holiday prizes in shops where few people shop, and it is important to avoid buying something expensive simply in order to win a holiday. It can be very rewarding to enter competitions with a friend, as you can then work together on devising a slogan that will appeal to the judges.

The postures that speak louder than words

Article Abstract:

Many UK companies are becoming increasingly aware of the significance of body language in business. Indeed, some of them now send employees on training courses dealing specifically with body language. Non-verbal communication is extremely influential, even if those observing it do not really realize that they are doing so, and certain stances are a clear indication of feelings such as nervousness or aggression. Companies believe that training their employees to use body language effectively can be very beneficial.

Denied justice by a form of words

Article Abstract:

Iain Gordon, who was questioned extensively by police following the murder of 19-year-old Patricia Curran near Belfast, Northern Ireland, in 1952, asserts that he was never aware of his rights while being questioned. He was charged with the murder, and was later found guilty but insane, leading to an eight-year stay in a mental institution. He has been denied the right to appeal against his conviction, and resents the way in which Desmond Curran, the victim's brother, has been able to avoid talking about the case.
