Bioavailability of chelated and soil-adsorbed copper to methylosinus trichosporium OB3b

Article Abstract:

This study examined the effect of chelated and soil-adsorbed copper on whole-cell soluble methane monooxygenase activity in methylosinus trichosporium to figure out the bioavailability of these copper forms. The study is broken down into an introduction, a discussion of the materials and methods used in the experiment, a discussion of the results. Various graphs and equations also accompany the article.

Bioaccumulation, subcellular distribution, and trophic transfer of copper in a coastal marine diatom

Article Abstract:

This study was used to measure the cellular uptake and subcellular distribution of copper in Thalassiosira weissflogii, coastal marine diatom, which are grown using free Cu ion concentrations that are characteristic of coastal waters. The study is broken down into an introduction, a discussion of materials and methods used, and a discussion of the results. Various tables and graphs accompany the article.
