Environment on-line: a guide to Internet resources

Article Abstract:

Majority of environmental professionals are relatively unfamiliar with the Internet. However, experts believe that all this will change as the quality and quantity of materials available through the Internet improves. Weighing the health risks of airborne particulates

Article Abstract:

Various quarters are calling on the government to impose more stringent air quality standards in view of new epidemiological studies which indicate that small airborne particles have an adverse effect on health. However, experts are not so sure about the health risks posed by airborne particulate matter. The EPA has adopted a cautious approach towards the problem pending more conclusive evidence.
