National Infrastructure Bank legislation introduced in Congress

Article Abstract:

Senator Chris Dodd introduced a bill to create a National Infrastructure Bank that would exist as an independent entity to finance certain infrastructure projects. The bank is to set guidelines to be followed by public sponsors, which are to partner with private nonprofit or for-profit group, by submitting applications to request financing for projects.
