Nuclear weapons facility dismantled, decontaminated

Article Abstract:

United States Department of Energy signed an accelerated closure contract with Kaiser-Hill Company LLC. to close Rocky Flats, an industrial complex just out side Denver. This project is intended to protect environment and surroundings from the hazards of nuclear radiation. Kaiser-Hills is working fast to complete the project by the end of 2006.

Rebuilding the Winter Garden

Article Abstract:

This article dwells upon the rebuilding efforts for errecting the Winter Garden, which served as a hub for Newyork's World Trade Center four towers. The design envisages reconstructing the central atrium, east facade, interior and the skylights.

Road widened through landslide-prone Canyon

Article Abstract:

A report of road widening done on the United States highway through the Wasatch Mountains along Provo River is presented. The 8 km road is being widened from two lanes to 4 lanes.
