Suppliers are devising stronger yet smaller motor magnets to reduce power consumption, thereby extending battery life. Spindle motors, actuator motor, piezoelectric motor and micromotor are some of the small motor magnets that are used in miniaturized portable consumer products such as music players, camera and cell phones.
