The seamless supply chain - the predator's strategic advantage

Article Abstract:

Strategies for predators, or supply chain leaders, who wish to generate optimum benefits for their supply chains are evaluated. These techniques were spurred by the belief that participating in a supply network is the best way of achieving the greatest performance. However, supply leaders must sit down to discuss in detail the assumed advantages and disadvantages of supply chains. The organizational, technological and attitudinal problems of top level management in gaining seamless supply chain are discussed as examples to reflect the approaches involved.

Process cost calculation is an effective tool in forging customer-supplier rapport, especially for firms with after sales service. This technique facilitates the coordination of units within the framework of fractal firms.
