The coming epidemic of obesity in elderly Americans

Article Abstract:

The prevalence of obesity in elderly Americans in 2010 is estimated and the health and economic implications of the epidemic's estimated are discussed. It is found that the prevalence of obesity in elderly Americans will likely increase, challenging healthcare delivery and financing systems in the United States.
