Racine Brown is a clinical psychologist who spent his early childhood years during the Great Depression. His practice of clinical psychology has been highlighted by several achievements, including several of his writings that have become staple for many practising psychologists and academicians. Although many of his best writings have not seen publication, his ideas and theories on psychology have been used internally by government agencies such as the South Carolina Dept of Mental Health and Dept of Health and Environmental control.
