Missing persons in the study groups

Article Abstract:

The research findings of the relationship between team-level variables with various patterns of individual non-response in professional baseball teams are discussed. The three analyses include relationship between team co-operation and team performance, team experience and team performance and team experience and team performance with a bigger sample.

Cultural diversity recomposition and effectiveness in monoculture work groups

Article Abstract:

The efficacy of various sorts of cultural diversity recomposition in monoculture work groups is studied. A theoretical model for the comprehensive study of cultural diversity recomposition is advanced, after revealing the dearth of unified research literature on the topic.

The effects of job complexity and autonomy on cohesiveness in collectivistic and individualistic work groups: a cross cultural analysis

Article Abstract:

The effects of job complexity and autonomy on the performance of work groups with a sample of 381 teams from the Hong Kong and U.S. branches of an international bank are examined. The positive and negative effects of the study are discussed.
