Assessing intermediate outcomes of a faith-based residential prisoner reentry program

Article Abstract:

The intermediate outcomes of a faith-based prisoner reentry program are examined by assessing how client spirituality related to client- and program-level characteristics. The results have shown that religious reference is positively associated with progress and satisfaction, whereas salience, general religiosity/spirituality and spiritual experiences do not predict outcomes.
