The prediction and control of organized crime: a risk assessment instrument for targeting law enforcement efforts

Article Abstract:

The details of five ways in which the prediction and curtailment of organized crime can be achieved are discussed along with case studies. Law enforcement can become more effective if a risk assessment tool is used to apply prediction methods to organized crime in its proper parameters with greater team coordination and proper implementation.
