Inadmissible evidence in Ouzo case

Article Abstract:

The actions of the deceased cannot be used to justify the actions of the survivors of maritime accidents. The ferry Pride of Bilbao collided with the yacht Ouzo, killing the three crew of the yacht. The officer of the watch of the ferry was acquitted.

Safety accusations fly over Indonesian ferry tragedy

The investigation into Indonesia's neglect of safety measures and maintenance with respect to the Senopati Nusantara disaster is discussed. The possible causes for the ferry tragedy are being speculated.
