For the love of bread

Article Abstract:

Toronto, Ontario-based ShaSha Bread Co bakes wholesome, all-natural sourdough bread. The company's owner, ShaSha Navazesh believes that the sourdough technique is the only real way to allow natural bacteria activity to boost lactic levels, greatly contributing to nutrition, digestibility, moisture and flavor. The company also sprouts its own organic grains for its bread products. Among its sprouted grain breads is the 'Ezekiel' Bread. Its other bread offerings are Spelt and Kamut Bread, Multi-Grain Bread, Organic Canadian Wheat Bread, a nine-in Spelt and Kamut Pizza Crust, Armenian Lavash and Sesame Rice Sticks.
