Mystery island plans for Zhuhai: water-oriented theme park to open in new Chinese resort

Article Abstract:

An all-seasons water-oriented theme park was selected for a southern China resort, which was planned by Toronto-based design and planning, firm called Forrec for $25 m. The park to be known, as Mystery Island will be the largest tourism project in Zhuhai is currently under construction and is supposed to be open from early 2005.

Rebirth of Blackpool as 21st century resort

Blackpool Borough Council has proposed a plan to invest 1 billion pounds sterling to reinvent Blackpool as a world-class resort town. The regeneration proposal includes the creation of new green spaces and the rebuilding of the city's historic tram system.

Barking plans await green light
