Britain's target to reach pounds by 2010 can be achieved, provided the government considers some important factors, which help in reaching the long-term goal. These include, favorable economic climate such as increase in public funding, safety issues relating to travel, encouraging youngsters to learn the skills of the industry, improving transportation infrastructure, etc.
