Whoops, apocalypse

Article Abstract:

Both India and Pakistan have the capability to manufacture nuclear weapons, although it is unclear whether either country has any finished bombs. They have both bought fighter planes capable of launching such weapons. The US is keen for both countries to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. India is less likely to sign, although Washington can bring pressure to bear if it is felt necessary.

A compilation of railroad conductors' short autobiographies are presented. The conductors discuss their relationships with their coworkers, the various towns which they worked in, and the difficulties of working on the railroads.

ASPCA allies with dog racers

Article Abstract:

The ASPCA and the American Greyhound Council have joined efforts to encourage the adoption of greyhounds as pets. ASPCA Pres Roger A. Caras has provided funds for the greyhound adoption program.
