An embryonic nation

Article Abstract:

The importance of governmental involvement, supervision and regulation of human therapeutic cloning and research on embryo biotechnologies is analyzed. It is concluded that government should provide assistance through policy, funding and talent recruitment to promote productive scientific as well as business collaborations.
